General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77jaye ("77jaye", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online casino, sports betting, instant games, and all related services available at 77jaye.app ("the Platform").

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the 77jaye platform in any capacity. Your continued use of any part of the 77jaye platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

77jaye reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any updates. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific rules for a game or promotion, the specific game or promotion rules shall take precedence in relation to that specific matter only.

The governing language of these Terms and Conditions is English. Any translations provided are for convenience only and do not form part of the binding agreement between you and 77jaye.

Age Restriction and Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with 77jaye, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative for any third party in connection with your gambling activity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 77jaye platform or any other gambling platform and subsequently circumvented such exclusion to gain access.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 77jaye or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written permission has been granted by 77jaye's compliance team.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether gambling online is lawful in your location before accessing the 77jaye platform.

77jaye reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by our compliance team will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account concerned. 77jaye takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling prevention seriously and employs automated and manual age verification tools as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services offered by 77jaye, you are required to create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player may hold only one registered account with 77jaye. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where 77jaye identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts held by that player will be suspended pending investigation, and any bonuses or winnings obtained during the period of duplicate account usage may be voided.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. 77jaye will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe that your account has been compromised or that an unauthorised person has accessed your account, you must contact our support team immediately at support@77jaye.app or via in-platform live chat. 77jaye may suspend an account on a precautionary basis pending investigation of a reported security incident.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

77jaye supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and 77jaye does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular payment method.

All financial transactions on the 77jaye platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change at 77jaye's discretion.

Deposits are typically credited to your 77jaye account immediately or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds held in your account. 77jaye reserves the right to carry out additional identity and payment verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

Important payment conditions:

• Funds deposited to your 77jaye account must be your own and must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• 77jaye does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees. Please check with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.
• Any transaction suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be suspended immediately.
• 77jaye is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing times, technical outages, or maintenance windows.

Bonuses and Promotions

77jaye offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made available.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all offers at 77jaye:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of stakes; live casino and table games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Any unused bonus funds or winnings derived from those funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: Unless stated otherwise, winnings generated from free spins are capped at a maximum conversion amount as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: 77jaye actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, placing offsetting bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, and syndicate or coordinated bonus exploitation. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the associated bonus and any resulting winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

77jaye reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a technical error or human error results in a bonus being awarded incorrectly, 77jaye reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the player's account accordingly.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The 77jaye platform offers online casino games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and instant games. All products are governed by their respective game or market rules in addition to these general Terms. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

Casino Games: All casino games available on the 77jaye platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the game information page. 77jaye does not influence or manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond what is governed by the certified RNG system and game design parameters established by the game provider.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are hosted in professional studio environments and broadcast via high-definition video stream. Live game results are final once announced by the dealer. In the event of a stream disconnection during a live game, bets already placed will be settled according to the game result recorded by the live casino system. 77jaye will not be liable for losses arising from internet connection issues on the player's side.

Sports Betting: Sports bets are accepted on the markets and at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 77jaye reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in the displayed odds has occurred ("palpable error"). A palpable error is defined as odds that are manifestly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of bet placement. In such cases, bets will be settled at the corrected odds or voided at 77jaye's discretion.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once accepted by the system.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 77jaye's discretion.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules published for that sport on the 77jaye sportsbook.
• Accumulator bets that include a voided selection will be settled with the void leg treated as a non-runner, reducing the accumulator by one leg.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are displayed in the sportsbook market view.

Instant Games: Instant and crash games such as Aviator are provably fair products whose outcomes are determined by a seeded algorithm verifiable by the player. Instructions for outcome verification are available in the game interface. 77jaye accepts no responsibility for losses arising from misunderstanding of instant game mechanics.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the 77jaye platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. You acknowledge that 77jaye has the right to monitor all account activity for the purpose of ensuring compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77jaye platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, spin games, or interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug or error are void and must be returned. You are obligated to report any discovered error to our support team immediately.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market, including in live poker, live casino, or multi-player game formats.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to disguise the origins of funds deposited or withdrawn from your 77jaye account.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the 77jaye platform's code, databases, servers, or security systems.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent promotional restrictions, self-exclusion periods, account closures, or any other platform restrictions.
• Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading identification or payment documents to 77jaye's KYC or compliance team.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymising technology to disguise your true geographic location or circumvent IP-based access restrictions applied by 77jaye.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive communication directed at 77jaye staff or other platform users through any support or communication channel.

77jaye reserves the right to take immediate action — including suspension or permanent closure of the account, voiding of all outstanding bets and bonuses, and recovery of any funds identified as having been obtained through prohibited conduct — where a breach of this section is identified or reasonably suspected.

Account Suspension and Closure

Either you or 77jaye may close a registered account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure by the Player: If you wish to close your 77jaye account, you may do so by contacting our support team via in-platform live chat or by emailing support@77jaye.app with a formal closure request. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements on the balance concerned. Suspension or Closure by 77jaye: 77jaye reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct in connection with the account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an account.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.
• Prolonged inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month after a 30-day written notice period has elapsed without response from the account holder.

Where 77jaye closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where funds are legitimately yours and no financial crime is involved, they will be returned to you following the completion of the investigation. 77jaye is not obligated to disclose detailed information about the specific reasons for an account closure where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or violate legal obligations.
